- Hold valid associates degree or higher
- Have completed 60 semester hours at an Institute
of Higher Education - Obtain a passing score on one of the ADE approved
assessment tests

approved. Partial FTEs are not allowed. LEAs
must fully fund Class Size Reduction FTEs with
federal funds. You may not use Title I funding.
12Indicate Yes or No in this column to reflect
the HQ status of the teacher. Class Size
Reduction teachers must be highly
qualified. Emergency Certified and Substitute
Teachers are NOT highly qualified.
13Reminder CSR is applicable to grades K-3
only. Class size must be limited to between 13-18
students. CSR may not be used to address growth
in the student population.
