• Each District will be able to request the
  addition of 2 new data sources
• Examples include, assessment data, student
  schedules and grades

Professional Users

• This person will serve as your District
  technology contact for the DDA
• This person should be the technology expert in
  your district
• Most districts/entities purchased 1 Professional
  User License
• Professional Users Training will be scheduled
• 2 day event
• Instructor is an Excelsior Trainer
• Location will be in Allegan County
• Professional Users will learn how to customize
  the DDA Application

End Users

• End Users
• Each District Purchased multiple end user
  licenses stand alone and web based
• Multiple Training days will be scheduled
• Instructor will be an AAESA Staff Member
• Location will be in Allegan County
• Training topics will be understanding the data
  and using the DDA application

• Review KRESA Data Access Agreement
• Review Identified DDA Teams
• Note Item 6 on Data Access Agreement
• DDA Access through Password controlled accounts
  to authorized users
