Politecnica University of Madrid, Spain and is an
expert on the economic geology of South American.
During the past fourteen-year, he has been
involved in the design, implementation and
management of several highly successful
grassroots and advanced in-mine exploration
projects in Peru, Argentina, Ecuador and
Columbia. His expertise includes exploration for
high and low sulphidation epithermal Au-Ag
systems, porphyry Cu-Mo-Au and Skarn polymetallic
systems and VMS deposits in South America. Dr.
Ríos Carranzas professional background,
experience and expertise provide the skills
required to effectively seek out and manage world
class exploration opportunities in Latin America.
4Strategic Focus - Peru
- Political-Economic Climate
- Recognized as a favourable investing climate by
the World Bank and World Economic Forum. - Reached BBB investment grade status by SP and
Fitch (moderate capacity for repayment of debt). - Free Trade partner with Canada and the US
(protecting foreign investments in Peru and free
transfer of capital related to any investment). - Exploration Incentives
- Mining Code including claim staking, property
ownership and mineral rights very similar to
Canada. (map staking, foreign ownership of
mineral concessions, modern mining laws
protecting investment). - Tax Incentives to recover a 19 Value Added Tax
on pre-production stage projects. - Perus exchange rate is approximately 2.81 with
the Canadian Dollar...low cost of exploration
relative to North America. - Resource Potential
- Peru has an area of 1.3 million km2 (Canada has 9
million km2) and is the - Largest Silver producer in the world.
- Third largest Copper producer in the world.
- Third largest Zinc producer in the world.
- Third largest Tin producer in the world.
- Fifth largest Gold producer in the world.
- Perus key mineral belts underexplored due to
remoteness and lack of exploration investment.

6Private Peruvian Projects
- The GlobeTrotters Resource Group will be
presenting a portfolio of properties presently
100 owned by a private Peruvian exploration
company. - The Peruvian company is comprised of a team of
young experienced professional geologists based
in Peru with past major mining company experience
and a proven track record of exploration success.
The company has a portfolio of 7 early stage base
and precious metals exploration projects located
in various world class mineral belts throughout
Peru. - The Peruvian company is looking to option one,
several or all of their present properties as
well as establish a strategic alliance with
GlobeTrotters to seek out and explore for other
mineral opportunities in Peru. - A total of 6 of the 7 properties are available
for option with one of the 6 presently being
evaluated by a potential investor with an October
30th deadline.
7Projects Available

sediment hosted hybrid skarn / IOCG type deposit. - Chip samples outlined 3 m of 0.6 g/t Au and 13
g/t Ag in Fe-Oxide altered limestone.
8Project Generative Exploration Strategy
- Base Metals
- Initial focus on large Eocene-Oligocene porphyry
Cu-Mo-Au and Skarn belts in Southern Peru. The
Andauhaylas-Yauri Belt consists of large
Eocene-Oligocene porphyries intruding into
Mesozoic shallow marine sediments. - Several world class Porphyry Cu-Mo-Au and Skarn
deposits have been discovered in this belt
including Xstratas Los Bambas Deposits (860 Mt
_at_ 0.93 Cu and 0.02 Mo). - Approximately 60-70 of this 250 km belt is still
covered by Meozoic sediments capping the later
intrusive systems making it an ideal target area
for deeper unexposed porphyry and skarn deposits.
- Large hybrid type Cu-Mo-Au deposits are also
possible in this belt. - More information will be made available for
discussion under confidentiality. - Precious Metals
- Several new target areas have also been outlined
for field evaluation to be discussed under
confidentiality.
9Project Generative Target Areas
Southern Peru Copper Los Chancas Deposit (gt200
Mt _at_ 1 Cu, 0.07 Mo and 0.12 g/t Au).
Mesozoic Quartzites cover 50 of the belt. Key
target area.
Xstrata - Los Bambas Deposits (869 Mt _at_ 0.93 Cu,
0.02 Mo)
(Perello,, 2003)
Xstrata - Tintaya Deposits (472 Mt _at_ 0.74 Cu,
0.0061Mo and 0.15 g/t Au).
10Investment Opportunities
- Option 1
- The Company is seeking 500,000.00 seed capital
to carry out property evaluations and due
diligence including preparation of a 43-101
report as well as other project generative work
in return for a major equity stake in the new
company. - A percent equity stake in the new company will
determine the percentage of principal shares
allotted to the investors during the IPO. - Option 2
- The Company is seeking 150,000.00 and an equity
stake in the new or existing CPC in return for
access to the property portfolio presented and
management team. - The 150,000 will be used to carry out due
diligence and prepare a 43-101 report on one of
the existing properties for a qualifying
transaction required to list on the TSX venture
exchange. - Option 3
- Open to other offers.
