    site and it was a great tool. Be sure and try it
    out.

    the web.
  • www.fastweb.com - a really good, free scholarship
    program. Students are provided with an
    electronic mailbox they can check periodically,
    and individualized, pre-formatted letters for use
    in communicating with scholarship agencies.

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
  • Deliver, in person, the request to the school
    official.
  • Allow plenty of time!!! Two weeks is a good
    minimum amount of time.

  • Prepare personal information about yourself to
    give to the school official to help them
    individualize the letter.
  • A resume works well.
  • It is appropriate to follow up a letter of
    recommendation with a thank you note.
