14Experience acquired and lessons learned

results with regard to capacity building and
enhancement due to information and knowledge
exchange among participants. In addition,
additional interest is raised with relevant
stakeholders in complementary and cross-cutting
in the three thematic areas - Negative lessons
- Voluntary participation of governmental and
public institutions should be well in advance
planned and agreed upon, including incentives
systems - Low number of NGOs in certain thematic areas
- Step forwardIntensive communication and taking
into account specific and institutional priorities
