• Day-by-day SALENTO

Day One

• Arrive in the hotel in Santa Cesarea
  TermeAurora e del Benessere check in to the
  hotel, then in the afternoon a long, relaxing and
  fantastic soak at the Spa.
• After that dinner in the hotels restaurant,
  where you can taste the typical dishes from
  Salento.

Day Two

• A trip to San Cataldo to attend a cooking class
  about authentic home cooking in Salento and then
  eating the dishes prepared.
• Then go to the Cesine a guided walk in the
  beautiful natural reserve and see lots of animals
  and trees of the macchia mediterranea.
• Return to hotel and dinner.

Day Three

• Visit to Otranto, and sunbathing in the wonderful
  beaches.
• Have lunch in Da Umberto restaurant.
• After that visit the Cathedral of Martiri and the
  various monuments in the city.

Day Four

• An interesting trip to Lecce the fantastic city
  where you visit the Amphitheatre, Public Garden
  ,Saint Biagio gate, Santoronzo, Duomo and
  Mazzini square. The most important Holy Cross e
  Saint Mattew Church.
• Than have lunch in Le Due Corti restaurant and
  return to Santa Cesarea.
