TSG IP Voice Origination Services

• TSG provides a complete set of VoIP services to
  Tier 1 Providers, PTTs, ITSP's, calling card
  operators, calling centers and other businesses
  around the world. The TSG VoIP inbound services
  network allows these businesses to quickly obtain
  international geographical and toll-free numbers
  terminated to their VoIP equipments anywhere in
  the world. International VoIP DID's
• TSG can allocate large blocks of numbers in many
  worldwide countries and forward the calls via
  VoIP to the customer infrastructure. TSG then
  acts as a gateway from the PSTN for the traffic,
  delivering it directly to the customer's IP
  switch or gateway. International VoIP toll-free

• Toll-free numbers are used by many businesses
  around the world, be it calling card providers,
  call centers, or other businesses. Calls placed
  to these numbers are free of charge for callers.
  The calls are forwarded from the originating

• When a customer is in need of an international
  presence he interconnects via VoIP to the closest
  POP of the TSG network. TSG then allocates the
  desired amount of numbers to the customer. When
  someone calls one of these numbers TSG forward

TSG Wholesale VoIP Termination ServiceWe are

protocol-agnostic TSG Network may be the most
advanced MPLS network in the nation. We own the

• TSG Voice Termination is a service that provides
  wholesale termination of voice calls over TSGs
  IP-based Softswitch network. TSG Voice
  Termination achieves comparable quality to the
  Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and
  requires no additional equipment, expenses, or
  behavior changes on the part of end users. TSG
  Termination is not a Voice over the Internet
  service. Rather, it is an enhanced voice service
  delivered over TSGs MPLS network.
• TSG Voice Termination takes the call traffic that
  you hand off to TSG via TDM, converts it to IP
  packets, and delivers the traffic over TSGs MPLS
  network. Initially, the traffic goes through
  TSGs Softswitch. From the Softswitch, the
  traffic is converted to an IP format and carried
  across the TSG Network to a Gateway nearest the
  final destination of the call. The traffic is
  then converted from the IP format to a format
  accepted by the terminating local service
  provider via Softswitch, and then it is delivered
  to the desired destination.

• TSG provides nationwide enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1)
  for VoIP while enabling key features like
  mobility and foreign telephone number assignment.
  The service quickly routes VoIP 9-1-1 calls
  within the existing 9-1-1 network, and accurately
  delivers the static or mobile callers address
  and location information to the appropriate
  Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), so callers
  can get prompt emergency response.
