• SELHP Housing Association Homelessness Prevention
  Protocol
• Action plan to deliver agreed targets
• Preventing Homelessness Group is consisted of a
  number made up of Housing Associations helping to
  deliver the action plan
• Work closely with Madeleine Jeffery of the
  Homelessness Action Team (HAT) so that work
  complements theirs

  partners to achieve homelessness prevention

  sanctuary schemes
