advocates to employers on behalf of the
individual.
- Provision focuses on job ready individuals facing
continued barriers to employment particularly
due to prejudice - Direct work with the employer

recruitment process - In some instances results in the employer not
requiring a competitive interview.
14Job Matching
- Synergy identifies vacancies from employers and
uses its job matching service to match vacancies
to job ready individuals
- Individuals are supported throughout the
employment application process - Vacancies often identified through joint activity
with other initiatives - Vacancies not filled by Synergy registered
clients are distributed through Synergys Jobs
Match network to ensure that as many Camden
residents as possible can access the service
15Support through existing brokerage
- Synergy works through existing brokerage
programmes in order to ensure beneficiaries
progress into work
- Brokerage projects keep Synergy updated on
beneficiary progress - Beneficiaries return to Synergy if not found
employment within a month

Support not necessary to have been through
other elements of Synergy - Different methodologies used as appropriate to
