Supreme Court

• That the Supreme Court adopt a rule allowing
  persons threatened with extrajudicial killings,
  whether by state agents, insurgents, or other
  armed groups, to apply for a protection order
  from the courts directing the NBI or Police to
  provide them security the order may also be
  directed to tribal councils whose customary laws
  are recognized, and to churches/NGOs with their
  consent

Supreme Court

• That in habeas corpus proceedings, the petitioner
  may ask the court for an order allowing
  petitioner to search specific private and public
  premises under guidelines prescribed by the court
  in the presence of CHR and Police

Executive

• To submit the following conventions/treaties for
  Senate ratification
• Rome Treaty creating the International Criminal
  Court (ICC)
• Additional Protocol 1 to the Geneva Convention
  (Protection of Victims of International Armed
  Conflicts)
• Convention Against Enforced Disappearances
• Convention Against Torture

• That the DILG direct Municipal Health Officers to
  take DNA samples of unidentified cadavers for
  preservation by the PNP forensic laboratory

• That the institutions represented here monitor
  the implementation of the recommendations of the
  Summit by the concerned government agencies
