Audit requirements

• Exchange rate of ECB must be used on the date
  when the expenditure occured not on the date when
  the reporting of costs is done
• If the costs occured in e.g. In Latvia, UK etc.
  the exchange rate of that country on the date of
  cost occurance

  project activities and is not allowed to be
  project finacial manager at the same time
• Finacial Report must be signed by the authorised
  person signature stamp and Finacial Manager
