The Fresno MLS is a 103 year old entity that is
now a committee of the Fresno Association of
REALTORS. For many years the primary function of
the Fresno MLS has been to create a unilateral
offer of compensation between a group of brokers,
as well as a standarized set of rules. Membership
has dwindled over the last year due to market
forces, and many new forces are coming soon that
will change the way the MLS functions. The MLS is
currently in good physical condition, but change
is coming.
