7Muna (Wuna) language (Wamba Wuna)
Wamba Wuna is divided into 2 dialects Northern
dialect (de fo karu), and Southern dialect (de
fo ae), but they can understand each other
easily. Wamba Wuna is spoken by about 80 of
Mieno Wuna (Muna People or the Munanes). The
most distinguish sounds of Wamba Wuna are Gh
ghai ai (coconut), ghaghe- ae (foot) Bh-
bheta (sarong), bhirita bihita (news) Dja-
djambata (bridge), fadjara (dawn), adjara
adjaha (horse)
