Strengthening Existing Churches

• Using the five functions of the church as a
  guide, we will identify and promote strategies to
  enable congregations to become strong New
  Testament churches.
• We will offer
• individual church consultations
• provide local seminars and conferences
• identify and promote events beyond our
  association that may help churches grow stronger.

Developing mission-minded congregations through
an Acts 18 Strategy

• We will partner with churches to start new works
  within the association such as but not limited to
• Multi-housing ministries,
• Bible Studies,
• new mission and new church starts.
• We will promote local and global partnerships to
  aid our congregations in fulfilling Acts 18

Developing Leadership

• We will identify and provide resources to help
  congregations develop their congregational
  leadership.
• We will identify and provide ways to help pastors
  and ministry staffs develop greater proficiency
  in the practice of ministry.

Promoting Evangelistic Opportunities

• We will help churches develop evangelism
  strategies in their ministry setting.
• We will encourage churches to cooperate with one
  another for evangelistic events such as but not
  limited to revivals and crusades and to use
  community events as evangelistic opportunities.

Meeting People Needs

• We will identify and develop strategies to show
  compassion and meet the people needs of our
  communities. For example
• Care ministries to meet food and clothing needs,
• after school tutoring,
• literacy concerns
• ESL classes for non-English speaking people
• Other servant evangelism projects
• All with the intention to gain an opportunity to
  share the Gospel
