Taecanet
Taecanet is an exciting new web based e-learning
service supporting KS2 KS3 age groups which
will help Knowsley schools address transition,
inclusion, personalised learning and automatic
assessment.   Taecanet is a web based e-learning
containing over 2000 learning journeys
supporting the QCA scheme of work for KS2 and
KS3 children. The service already provides full
curriculum coverage for science History and
Geography, and Knowsley teachers are encouraged
to add more subjects units as part of the
partnership.   Taecanet is an e-learning service
which is very easy to use but modern, fun, and
rewarding for teachers and students alike. It is
particularly aimed at   KS2 KS3 age groups and
their performance during transition from primary
to secondary school.

Caspian
Knowsley CLCs are working with Caspian to
develop 3D interactive learning applications.
Students are immersed within a 3D games based
environment. Children are required to interact
with subject specific character to acquire and
manipulate information, to complete learning
tasks.
