Teaching Objectives

• To understand the process of multiplying the
  teachings of ILI in other lives and to commit to
  developing other leaders
• To gather conference participants in groups
  according to geographical proximity, in order to
  discuss and plan regional conferences for
  Christians in their area of influence

National Conference

• In National language
• Limited to thirty participants (maximize
  learning)
• Cost of conference covered by Participants and
  national office. Limited grants may be available
• National and International Faculty

Regional Conference
Regional Conference Ghana

• Done in National or Regional Language
• Funded locally or nationally
• Limit to 30-60 participants
• Flexibility of location, programs and formats
• International Faculty only in special cases

Introductory Conference
Introductory Brazil, May 2003

• Duration according to local limitations
• Goal is to present ministry of ILI and build
  network
• Funded locally or nationally
• No limit in number of participants
• May be the only option in high risk areas

THE MULTIPLICATION PLAN

• Existing Structures by utilizing ILI training
  material through existing structures in your
  network of ministries or denomination.
• ILI Conferences Organize and hold ILI training
  conferences in your area according to the ILI
  training standards.

• Organize according to ILI guidelines
• Introductory Seminar 1-2 days
• Regional Conferences 3 days
• National Conference 6 days
• Train small groups and encourage multiplication
• National Conference 30 participants
• Regional Conferences 30-60 particip.
