Task two

• Step 1. create a new query but this time enter
  Durham in the address3 criteria cell and add
  gt16 and lt25 to the age criteria cell
• Step 2. Sort the data by age by clicking in the
  Sort box under Age and select Ascending
• Run the query as before
• Screen print the table and save the query as
  Durham
• Also screen print the design view of the query

Creating a report

• You will now create a report so that you can
  print your data query
• Step 1. Select reports and click Create report
  using wizard

• Step 2. Click on the drop down menu
  Tables/Queries and select the Query you called
  Durham
• Click the double arrow to insert all the fields
  in the Report
• The wizard will now take you through a series
  of options most you can just click Next then
  finally Finish

Creating a report

• You should end up with something looking a bit
  like this
• Print this report and save it
• Also take a screen shot of the Report design view
• This icon switches between design view and the
  data output view

Creating address labels

• For this part of the task you will need to repeat
  the earlier steps and then use Mail merge in Word
  to create labels.
• Open Word then select mail merge and follow the
  steps you should try to remember what you did
  when you created the mailmerge letter for AO4.
• Dont forget to include all your print screens
  and annotated notes when you hand your work in.
