Recommendation

• Reconvene a USMC HSAP WG with stakeholder
  membership
• Identify USMC Policy and Procedures issues
• Recommend one HQMC office responsible for all
  aspects of HSAP support for operating forces.
• Short duration, face-to-face, vice conference
  call.
• Specified deliverables.
• TFSD continue to work the feasibility of
  increasing the number of organic health services
  billets and decreasing reliance on HSAP, staff
  out appropriately with HQMC and MARFORs.
• TMO present HSAP program to Continuous Process
  Improvement Office in IL LR for Lean Six Sigma
  consideration.
