1Choose Spiritual Paths
2Choose Spiritual Paths Micah

- Corruption A Path to Nowhere
- Hope A Path to Fulfillment
- Commitment A Path to Excellence
3Gods Biblical Message of Hope
- Your best days as a believer are always ahead.
- God has given us a hope and a future that will be
greater than all the joys of this life combined. - God has given us a hope that does not disappoint
- Our greatest days await our arrival in heaven or
the return of our Savior Jesus Christ!
4Hope A Path to Fulfillment
- Seeking Gods Paths (Mic. 41-2)
- Enjoying Security (Mic. 43-4)
- Accepting Sins Consequences (Mic. 51)
- Holding to a Bright Promise (Mic. 52-4)
5Seeking Gods Path
- 1 In the last days the mountain of the LORDs
house will be established at the top of the
mountains and will be raised above the hills.
Peoples will stream to it, - 2 and many nations will come and say, Come, let
us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the
house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us about
His ways so we may walk in His paths. For
instruction will go out of Zion and the word of
the LORD from Jerusalem.

7REST
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate for wide is
the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to
destruction, and many there be which go in
thereat 14 Because strait is the gate, and
narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and
few there be that find it. Matt 713-14 (KJV)

9Enjoying Security
- 3 He will settle disputes among many peoples and
provide arbitration for strong nations that are
far away. They will beat their swords into plows,
and their spears into pruning knives. Nation will
not take up the sword against nation, and they
will never again train for war. - 4 But each man will sit under his grapevine and
under his fig tree with no one to frighten him.
For the mouth of the LORD of Hosts has promised
this.
10- Micah encouraged the people of his day with
positive truths. They were going to endure great
hardships and discipline from the Lord.
Eventually there would be a limited earthly
restoration, but Micah promised a complete
restoration in the future for Gods people. - The kingdom of God promises absolute security.
The picture of each man sitting under his
grapevine is a portrait of provision and safety. - The false prophets in Micahs day, for a bribe,
promised peace but only submission to the Lord
can provide true peace and security.
11Accepting Sins Consequences
- 51 Now daughter who is under attack, you
slash yourself in grief a siege is set against
us! They are striking the judge of Israel on the
cheek with a rod. - Rebellion and sin leads to ruin.
- Repentance and obedience leads to rest.
12Hebrews
- Therefore ,as the Holy Spirit says Today if
you will hear his voice, 8 Do not harden your
hearts, as in the rebellion, in the day of trial
in the wilderness 9 Where your fathers tested
me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
10 Therefore I was angry with that generation,
and said, They always go astray in their heart
and they have not known my ways. 11 So I swore in
my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest. Heb
37-11

14Holding to a Bright Promise
- 2 Bethlehem Ephrathah, you are small among the
clans of Judah One will come from you to be
ruler over Israel for Me. His origin is from
antiquity, from eternity. - 3 Therefore, He will abandon them until the time
when she who is in labor has given birth then
the rest of His brothers will return to the
people of Israel. - 4 He will stand and shepherd them in the
strength of Yahweh, in the majestic name of
Yahweh His God. They will live securely, for then
His greatness will extend to the ends of the
earth.

162 Lies of Satan
- It is alright to sin, God is compassionate and
not angry with you. Jesus knows our weaknesses
and understands that we are weak. - Do you think God can forgive you? He is angry
that you always sin. He is just waiting to punish
you. Dont bother to go back to Him, He will
never receive you. He is holy and you are dirty!
