What was the workshop about?

• The workshop was about what smart foods are and
  what they do for us. We found out that most foods
  have smart ingredients that are chemicals, we did
  this by reading the ingredients to find out what
  they were and how it helped.

• We looked at food labels to find out what the
  smart ingredient was. We had a discussion about
  what we thought smart foods are. We looked at the
  following
• Pot noodles
• Angel delight
• Diet cola
• Actemel
