the pastry. Take About 2 tablespoon per each
inch.
8roll up the pastry and ensure that the apple does
not leak out at the sides Place the cake face
down in the tray (the junction must be face
down)
9Close and clip the ends with fork and slit
diagonally the pastry all over the cake with
knife. Brush the cake with yellow egg to
decorate, use any remaining apple mixture or
