  to move towards recycled content paper.

Challenges

• Widespread purchasing-hard to control
• Automatic printing-not picking up, printing twice
• Behavior change
• Need for paper files
• Educating EVERY employee!
• G.A. State contract not available for County
• Virgin paper on purchasing contracts

• Monitoring printer purchases
