• Reminders
• Check your level of registration do you have a
  submit button on your document menu? If not
  contact the JeS helpdesk.
• JeS has an inactivity automatic logout, so
  remember to save your document regularly.
• Remember when logging out to use the log out
  button, otherwise the document is locked and edit
  access to others is denied.
• Run a validation to check for errors once you
  have completed your application.
• Print your final version before submission. Print
  request options can be found in the document
  menu. JeS does not print attachments so these
  need to be printed separately.
• Remember to inform your HoD and provide them with
  a copy.
• Remember to allow enough time for checking and
  approvals before the submission deadline(1 wk
  minimum)

• Document Flow
• Academic creates application document
• Academic submits final version to School Approver
  Pool
• School Approver obtains HoD authorisation, checks
  document submits to Submitter Pool
• Submitter completes final check submits to AHRC
• All parties receive e-mail confirmation from JeS
  that application has been submitted successfully
