G4UIWin32 / proposal

• Need to update it to cowork with the new
  vis/OpenGL for Windows (released in June).
• In particular avoid the WinMain logic.
• Have an example of usage of it in the N03 (in
  parallel to the G4UIXm).

Vis/OpenInventor update proposal

• Due to various user attempts to use this driver,
  it is needed to update this driver to work with
  the open source Coin implementation
  (http//www.coin3d.org)
• Need also to update to use the latest releases
  (6.x) of HEPVis (that cowork with Coin).
• High level graphic with C on both X11 /
  Windows.
• Update the doc and web URLS.
• (Coin is used by LHCb and CMS, HEPVis by LHCb)

G4UIOnX

• In the OpenScientist-11.0 (released in June)
  exists now a G4UIOnX that permits to use the OnX
  package (and OpenScientist G4Lab package) in a
  similar way than the other G4UI.
• Ok on Linux (X11/Unixes).
• Win32 in complex environment it needs DLL for
  Geant4 on Windows

Geant4 and CMT

• In the OpenScientist web pages (http//www.lal.in2
  p3.fr/OpenScientist) could also be retreived the
  Build/Geant4 little package that contains a
  CMT/requirements file to reconstruct Geant4 with
  CMT.
• It permits to reconstruct on Windows (without
  cygwin). Permits to construct DLLs.

Geant4 / OSC / AIDA

• We continue (with the OpenScientist / Lab
  package) to provide an AIDA compliant system in
  C.
• In June, OSC-11.0 compliant to AIDA-3.1
  released. extended/analysis/AnaEx01 example
  updated.
• Planned to have a OSC-12.0 compliant to AIDA-3.2
  in November / December.
• With OSC-12.0 and AIDA-3.2, we will have the
  first attempt to have interoperability
  histo/plotter between OSC and FreeHEP (Anaphe /
  PI ?).
