  • Staff competency assessment has been carried out.
  • PDO has also defined Competency Assurance Scheme
    for HSE-Critical Roles in their HSE Cases.
  • PDO and Contractor staff are empowered to STOP
    work. This is known, accepted and practised.
  • Some of the workers have been rewarded for
    stopping unsafe work.
