• More users / visitors in spring fall, few
  summer, no winter.
• Users / visitors peaked in early 1990s, steady
  since 1998. Technology available throughout the
  rest of the campus.
• Scantron usage mild increase.
• Text scanner mild increase.
• Slide scanner variable, statistically flat.
• Color printer use, Audio tape duplication,
  software, and hardware help have all decreased
  over time.
• Transparency printing is almost non-existent. Jim
  Edwards said there is really only one person who
  produces transparencies.
• - The number of consultant interventions has
  remained constant since 2002 at around 200.
