• VM was developed as a strategic and planning
  process
• There is a methodology that helps organisations
  and projects to better plan and manage the
  implementation of strategy, tactics and actions
  (tasks).
• There is a way to rate the usefulness of the
  things you could do to better drive forward your
  project outcomes.
