ALL SAINTS All Saints Church,
Daresbury _______________________________________
_______________________________ Set deep in the
Cheshire countryside lies of the village of
Daresbury only a few minutes from Warrington.
It is well known for its connection with Alice in
Wonderland and author Lewis Carroll. At the
centre of the Village is All Saints Church that
was built around 1970,the first stone church was
built on the same site around 1550.

Inside this beautiful Church are the stained
glass Lewis Carroll Memorial Windows, a must
for visitors. Groups are welcome but
pre-booking is a must as group tours of the
church are popular Look out for the Cheshire
Cat! All Saints in Daresbury is synonymous with
Alice in Wonderland as the author Charles
Lutwidge Dodgson (Lewis Carroll) Was born in the
parsonage at Newton-by- Daresbury on 27 January
