• Firstly our approach is to host MD in our
  central catalog but were open to link with
  other CS.
• Data access
• Project pilot in the Administration (4
  Departaments), based in WMS (Consulting data). In
  phase 2, open to others users, including WFS. At
  the end, we hope to implement geoprocessing and
  other services.

• Changing the public Administriation culture of
  issuing data.
• Forum to meet, time by time, differents Agents of
  the sector.
• Rationalize public investments in GI and GIS.
• First application focused on diminishing
  transactions cost (acces to geodata, services...)
  in GIS sector, and also in other economic
  activities, like real state or land bussines.
• We would like to be able to quantify the economic
  benefits (in money).
