Patron Log On

Timer
Time counts down as session starts. Done ends
the session and reboots the computer. Lock allows
a patron to walk away for five minutes. With 5
minutes left in a session, an extend button
will appear, which allows extensions only if
another computer is free (configurable).

Invalid Log On
Only valid card holders or guests can log on.

SIP Connection
PC Cop uses SIP to communicate with the Polaris
patron database

SIP Settings
Patron data to consider for BLOCK We block
patrons from computer use if they have over 3.00
in overdues, notes, etc.

Show Active Sessions
From the admin console you can see which user is
on where and what time is left

Intervene in a Session
You can also intervene in an active session.

Add A User
We add guest users (with fewer privileges than
card holders).

Users
We manually delete expired guest card holders.
Library card holders expire only when their
card expires.
