General

• Need more consideration of people with low
  hearing and no hearing
• Those suggesting will help in identifying these
  people
• Accepted the project reporting procedures of the
  Strategic Management Council
• Coordination with INCITS V2

Software O/S

• A great deal of discussion, explication of terms
  and general agreement on one section of the
  project deliverables, Interoperability Guide for
  Government Agencies
• The group will consider revising the schedule of
  deliverables to have something to present at the
  next Forum meeting

Telecommunications

• Discussion centered around the issues and
  assumptions of the subgroup
• Including interaction with other groups
  developing guidelines
• Forum Staff will develop a draft outline of
  deliverables like the Software and O/S with some
  description of each section and subsection, and
  distribute to Forum attendees.
• Industry representatives are interested in taking
  a more active role

What We Didnt Do

• Come to agreement on another face-to-face before
  the next Forum
• Discuss starting a group looking at the Web or
  other product areas
