• Host a training event at WinShape for current and
  prospective Marriage CoMission Target cities
• Continue mentoring the 2006 Marriage CoMission
  Target cities
• Refine the application process for cities who
  want to become Marriage CoMission target cities

• Work with cities who want to apply and coach them
  on the core characteristics that are needed
  before the Marriage CoMission can support them
• Produce a Memorandum of Understanding for
  potential cities in order to communicate the
  Marriage CoMissions values and culture
• Produce the Marriage CoMission package of
  benefits determine what other sectors are
  contributing
