3Enter the URL https//icams.usda.gov/
4Read the warning and select I agree to the
above.
5Enter your EmpowHR user ID and password And click
on HRIS Sign In
6Select manager self-service
7Select Tasks
8Select Performance Reviewer
9Reviewer clicks in the box next to the Supervisor
name who created the plan.
10Click on the search icon to select the
correct Performance plan for review.
11Click on the applicable review period from date.
12Click in the select to edit box next to
the Applicable employee whose plan is to
be Reviewed.
13Click on the element and standards tab to
review the Elements and measures.
14Click on view all to see all The elements and
measures In the plan.
15Reviewers are responsible to ensure that all
elements and measures are Entered and accurate.
16After completing review of plan, supervisor
clicks on performance plan.
17Reviewer clicks in the box located Next to
concurred after completing the review.
181. Dont forget to click on SAVE! NOTE
After selecting save the plan will flow back to
the supervisor for review so that he/she
will be aware of any changes/corrections
made by the reviewer.
2. Click on return to employee List to
select another employees Plan for review
when the action does not appear on the
worklist.
