- Greet and seat guests at the intended sections by
following servers rotation. light lamps, make
them feel comfortable. - Water the glass, receive beverage and food

- Print out checks, ask for their return
- Handle cash, debit, credit, discount transactions
- Follow companys policies and procedures while

- Set up appropriate class room, banquet style and
board room style rooms, beverage station - Round table set ups for 80-100 people for
Panasonic and Toshiba trade shows - Internal or external board room meetings set up
under the supervision of Gloria and banquet
captain - Major sales promotion event
- Western Tex-Mex theme, Pickerel flambé station
- Serve cock-tails, cold and hot horsdoevers
- Opportunity to meet and greet internal
dignitaries and from the city

- Bartending at Dixie's and Jokers lounge
- Open, set up and close the bar
- Learn and use of micros of alcoholic,
non-alcoholic beverages and lounge food - Build, blend cocktails, serve liquors
- Perform daily opening and closing inventory on
beer, coolers, liquors, wines - Wait on tables, handle cash, debit, credit,
employee discount, tally cash - Perform bartending, sell drink tickets at the
concert bowls and handle cash - Attend wine101 seminar by Gloria and customer
service workshop by MLC
