  • Began processing deployed inpatient medical
    records in PASBA basement.
  • Fall 01 OEF
  • Spring 03 OIF
  • April 05 Obtained additional building and
    opened Deployed Medical Records Processing Center
    (DMRPC) with 7 Contractors
  • Since have increased contract labor 22 (Coders
    and Medical Records Clerks)
  • Share data to support Joint Theater Trauma
    Repository (JTTR)

  • November 06 MEDCOM CoS and TSG redirect
    priority of processing medical records
  • 1st priority US Forces and Detainees
  • 2nd priority Others (Local Nationals,
    Contractors, US and Coalition Forces, Third
    Country Nationals)
  • Aug 06 Web Interface to Scanned Patient
    Records (WISPR) facilitated more efficient
    support of JTTR using scanned medical record
    images instead of hard copy records.
  • June 06 Started retiring completed and scanned
    records to NPRC (St. Louis)

    productivity and faster turn around of completed
    medical records
