• Auditor/accountant model for CSPs - cf. Art 3
  (3)
• Appointment of an independent accountant for the
  CSP
• Notification to the Telecoms Agency
• Filing of an auditors report once every year

• The report must contain
• a description of the CSPs systems and
  organisation
• a statement from the CSPs management that the
  CSP is complying with its legal obligations
• a similar statement from the independent auditor

• The Telecoms Agency is vested with different
  tools in order to be able to react towards
  non-compliant CSPs
• order the CSP to provide further information and
  documentation
• order the CSP to elect a new auditor if the
  existing auditor is deemed to be unfit for the
  task

• impose fines on a CSP that does not comply with
  the Telecoms Agencys orders
• demand that a supplementary auditors report is
  made
• order that a non-compliant CSP refrains from
  using the term qualified certificates
• NO ACCREDITATION SCHEME
