  • it surprises me to find only 37 programs for
    Study Abroad in India listed on
    www.iiePassport.org and it looks like only one of
    those was posted by an India based institution

  • Most of the Programs initiated by U.S.
    universities IIE has offered to help India

Future Opportunities for SAP
  • Target at least 3000 students by 2008
  • Long term involvement with NAFSA and IIE and use
    their large membership
  • Set up an Association of International Educators
    in India
  • Attracting Students from Asia and Pacific Region
  • Evolve Study Abroad in Asia plan An
    initiative coordinated by India
