The National Transportation Operations Coalition
(NTOC)

• Partnership of national associations who
  represent transportation professionals and
  non-traditional stakeholders (elected/appointed
  officials).
• Involved in transportation operations activities
  and decisionmaking at State, local, and regional
  levels.
• Meet bi-annually to identify strategies and
  develop resources to help advance transportation
  operations.
• Currently five subject specific Action Teams meet
  monthly to work on activities tied to current
  issues.
