4News gt typical news item Note inclusion of image
in news item. Plone handles the placement of the

even sizes the image appropriately.

5Events gt typical event item A summary of the key
information (what, when, where , contact details,
etc.) is automatically created as a table. Note

iCal standards)

6The networks will also be listed here (Ive only
added one so far)
Click on a marker to access details of the network
Networks Within this section there will be
subsections on each national network. These will
briefly describe the network, give key contacts,
etc. This shows a Google Maps interface to the
national network sections (Ive not added all the

8InfoBase This is where we would provide an
interface to InfoBase, allowing people to search
the data. This section is still being developed.

9When logged in this menu bar appears providing
content editing functions (if you have permission
to edit content)
Members only area This section can only be
accessed by people with a user account and the
right access permissions. Here I have already
logged in and, because I have the rights to edit
the main text, I see the green tool bar. Note the
navigation panel, showing possible subsections we
could include here. The members only space would
be useful for information exchange, such as
sharing documents, contact details, etc.

10Members only area This shows a typical form for
adding content, in this case, a file. It is very
easy to add or edit content. For the public part
of the site, we can set up a content review
process. i.e. a person adds content, and this
comes to one or more editors for approval before
going live
