18Cutler Reservoir
19Proposed Phosphorus Limits
- A target of 0.070 mg/L TP would be set for each
segment (13) of the Northern Reservoir, and a
target of 0.18 mg/L TP would be set for each
segment (4 and 5) of the Southern Reservoir.
20Required Reduction Level
- a 20 reduction of loads from tributaries and
point sources that are not currently covered
under another TMDL and have total phosphorus
concentrations in excess of 0.05 mg/L. These
include non-point sources along Swift Slough,
Blue Springs Ditch, the Logan WWTP, the Utah
portion of the Bear River, and Clay Slough. A 20
reduction of internal load would also be required
to meet the endpoints in the Southern Reservoir. - Logan WWTP would be required to meet the Southern
Reservoir endpoint.
21Next Step
- Sequential Batch Reactor SBR Plant
- Annual AVE Daily Flow 28 mgd
- Peak Month AVE Daily Flow 48 mgd
- Capital Cost 188 million
- Annual OM Cost 3 million
