be familiar with handling, throughout the school
year - Interpreting the data files you send us, and
turning them into meaningful output is how we in
the analysis team have fun with data
31Management information and
Analysis
- The Analysis team
- Monika Ciurej (Principal Management Info.
Analyst) - Rana Choudhury Michelle Harris
- Tai Cheng Carly Kling
- Katherine Brind
-
- We have lots of fun with data!
32The fun side of data
- Where does the Analysis team get their data from?
- The data we receive will be checked by the data
collection team for quality and accuracy
33The fun side of data
- What data are we interested in?
- Census
- Roll figures SEN
- Key Stage 2 and 3 teacher assessments

exclusions data, Value Added, and target setting. - The report is available to you through the secure
site https//eduonline.southwark.gov.uk/data/

be looked at by parents when considering picking
a new school - Provide information from pupil roll numbers to
attainment data to contextual value added
48RAISEonline
- RAISEonline is a website that Ofsted maintain.
- The data in it is what inspectors have access to
before coming to inspect a school - It contains analysis of both attainment data
(e.g. Key Stage 1-4) and pupil and school
characteristics

that work closely with the DCSF and local
