Reporting Process Invoicing

• Confirm Company Contact Information
• Enter Bill of Lading (BOL) data
• Review agree to Terms Conditions click on
  ltSubmit Reportgt
• Send copies of BOLs to Stewardship Ontario
• Stewardship Ontario reviews, approves BOLs
• Stewardship Ontario emails Purchase Order Number
  (PON) to Billing Contact
• Submit invoice with PON
• Stewardship Ontario processes invoice

Invoices without PON will not be processed

Bill of Lading (1)

• 1 form for all TP, for all MHSW
• Meets Stewardship Ontario auditors
  recommendations
• Transporters
• MHSW with incentives must be reported in KG
• if different types of transport containers used,
  enter all on BOL report
• complete Transporter Processor (TP) fields
• collection site operator then signs BOL before
  MHSW is removed

• To add a new site to your private list
• click on the icon near the Site cell
• enter information, including postal code
• Print report of BOL Datadownload PDF

Tipsave early, save often to prevent loss of
data!

A Word on Zones

• Zones determined based on Canadas PC system
• Some PC mappings straddle multiple zones (mostly
  Northern Ontario)
• Stewardship Ontarios interim solution
• assigns PC to higher rate zone
• look for changes as this is corrected

A Word on Postal Codes

• Canada Post does not have PCs for all addresses
• especially some municipal collection sites
• Created surrogate PC ending in 0X0
• Please notify Stewardship Ontario of actual PC,
  if available

Please do not send mail to OXO postal codes!

• application number
• Main Contact email
• Main Contact password
• Multiple logins permitted to enter BOLs
• enter data from multiple locations

Delegate 1 person to ltSubmit Reportgt,but only
after all BOLs are entered

• Note examples set-up for an applicant approved
  as TP
• you will only see steps for which you are
  approved
• All users need to visit Company Contact
  Information screens at least once during a
  session
• On first login, follow steps when entering BOLs
• subsequent visits navigate to screen of choice

Processor Waste Treatment screen is available,
only after entering Processor Received data

• Requires basic data from BOL
• Add new collection sites only you can see
• MHSW with incentives must be reported in KG
• if different types of transport containers used,
  report them
• Zones calculated based on PC
• Click on ltSave Pagegt to enable calculations
• determines zone from PC
• To delete a BOL, click at right of BOL

• enter amount of MHSW processed by any of the
  allowed methods you may have used (less weight of
  containers if applicable)
• Panel 2
• MHSW will be shown only for those you are
  approved for which containers are applicable
• enter weight of containers (cans, boxes, pails,
  etc.) processed
