  the eRA project
• Scope

  maintenance, and operations activities conducted
  on the eRA project

• Ensure that commitments made to the user
  community, the ICs, and the Steering Committee
  are met with fidelity
• Ensure that eRA allocates resources in accordance
  with business priorities as determined by the
  Steering Committee
• Implement modern project management processes
  that best serve eRAs advanced software
  engineering environment and position the project
  for compliance with industry standard
