31. Clean out pump flange to make sure all metal
shavings are removed. 2. Make sure all other
parts are free from debris.
41. Insert threaded studs into the pump flange.
51. Place key in pump shaft. 2. Place o-ring in
the pump housing so the pump flange will seal
against. 3. Place pump flange onto the pump. 4.
Tighten flange down using washers and nuts from
the backside of the pump.

61. Place intermediate shaft onto the pump shaft,
making sure key is in place.

7- Slide inner magnet over the intermediate shaft,
make sure key is in place. - 2. Tighten down magnet to the shaft using screw
and washer provided.
81. Place o-ring in groove. 2. Slide canister
over inner magnet. 3. Tighten down with socket
head screws.

91. Place bell housing onto the flange. 2. Tighten
into place using appropriate bolts provided.
101. Slide outer magnet onto pump shaft, making
sure key is in place. The end of the pump shaft
should then be flush with the magnet hub. 2.
Tighten hub using set screw in hub.
Outer shaft flush with motor hub.
111. Place motor flange on motor. Only socket head
screws can be used to tighten in place.
121. Align two assemblies and carefully bring them
together. Make sure fingers are not between the
bell housing and motor flange!!! 2. The magnetic
force will will naturally pull the two assemblies
together. 3. Tighten bell housing to magnet
flange.
13Assembly complete! GOOD WORK!
BLEED VALVE PRIPOR TO START UP, OPEN BLEED
VALVE AND JOG MOTOR UNTIL CHEMICAL BLEEDS OUT
PORT. TIGHTEN BLEED VALVE AND LET PUMP RUN FOR
TWO MINUTES ALLOWING PUMP TO LUBRICATE ITSELF.
ADJUST TO DESIRED PRESSURE USING HAND WHEEL.
