• Quarter 17 Attachment R completed
• Q17 delivery began March 14, 2003
• Q18 Alterion Market Survey scheduled for April 1
• Not expecting any technology changes this quarter
  
• New Intel chipset just beginning to appear in
  laptops desktop chipset not scheduled for
  release until May
• Apple equipment is not yet at Alterion for
  testing (3-25) Alterion is working the issue
  with Apple and the Government
• Alterion has developed a new Apple test suite
  that runs under OS X. This is the first time it
  will be used

• Continued testing on ACS-11 field sites are
  actively involved
• Initial testing revealed some defects and issues
  we received and loaded a Maintenance Release for
  those defects on test
• Awaiting a second maintenance release, which will
  fix outstanding issues
• The release includes the following
• Ability to add site-specific tech notes

• Online ECN Validation
• Ability to search for ECN by Last Name, First
  Name, Seat Type, Org, etc.
• Ability to see details of the seat after search
  is performed

IntelliCenter Status

• Remedy Automation
• Received a modification request to the Goddard
  Customer Service Survey rating scale. The
  modifications will be implemented on 4/1
• Set up the first Remedy Training session via
  Webcast for 4/10. We expect to make this a
  monthly event
• Improve Overall Help Desk Operation and
  Efficiency
• Completed internal ISO audit 3/25/03
• Met with LaRC security team members to review
  password reset procedures and participate in
  agent Q A sessions
• 73 of agents are HDI-certified
• 20 of agents are Microsoft Office Specialist
  (MOS)-certified

• Continued Support to Dryden
• Provided customer service/communications training
  to ODIN personnel March 11-13, 2003 well
  received by staff
• Goddard ODIN information for new civil servant
  employees
• Information will be included in new employee
  packets distributed by NASA Human Resources
  Office
• ODIN information to include the following
• Brochure with introductory ODIN information
  regarding how to obtain standard services that
  are available to new employees
• Email, IP address, network account, software,
  etc.
• 2nd Brochure with more detailed description of
  ODIN terminology, and optional services
• Necessary forms (i.e., network account)
• POC list and contact information
• Key ACS ODIN Managers

• Server configuration control
• Working to document current configurations
• Standardized reporting to the PMO
• Daily review of Operational Reports underway
• Implementing customized reporting framework
• Evaluating additional Reporting/Monitoring tool
• PMO access to the Centers
• Currently available with LARC, ARC, GSFC
• Weekly local team reporting requirements
• First teleconference held 03/25/03
• Server version standardization planning underway
• Moving servers to Version 5.1
