Frosting Recipe With a power mixer, beat
together 2 egg whites 3 cups sugar ¼ tsp. cream
of tartar 2 Tbsp. water Beat long enough that it
becomes fluffy, light and sticky.
We made 10 batches of frosting for this group of
20 kids.
