Sun Coal Proposal

  • Spring 1999 LTV and Sun Coal fail to resubmit
    proposal to ACHDP thus eliminating possibility of
    new coke plant

    plant

  • VOC and sulfur dioxide expected near coal

    sulfide expected near gas recovery systems

  • final claen up and remediation plan expected by
    summer 2000
