AIR CARD USE

• Present the AIR Card to the Fixed Base Operator
  (FBO) or fuel handler
• FBOs are trained on acceptance procedures
• Obtain, review, and sign paper delivery ticket
  (if accurate), and return a copy of the paper
  ticket to your home office Accountable Official
  for validation purposes (you are responsible for
  ensuring that receipt documentation accurately
  reflects the supplies/services rendered)
• Ensure it is used only for authorized purchases
  (see earlier chart)
• Air crews are required to use a DESC contract
  merchant when one is reasonably available.
