Our checklist to offer outbound UIFN

• Technical
• 00-barring removed for 00800 in about 20.000
  PABXs(maintained by KPN)
• 00-barring removed for 00800 for PSTN lines with
  network barring(KPN subscribers)
• 00800 dialable coin- and cardless from all KPN
  public payphones
• KPN accepts 00800-calls from all other licensed
  fixed operators
• KPN accepts 00800-calls from all mobile operators
  at the same conditions ( tariffs) as for fixed
  operators

• Communications
• All PBX-suppliers and resellers have been
  informedand invited to enable 00800 calls when
  international direct dialling from individual
  phones is blocked
• All market parties have been informedand invited
  to pass on 00800 calls to KPN in case they dont
  offer UIFN themselves
• Stress the necessity to improve availability of
  UIFN with other foreign operators/carriers
• Increase the general awareness of UIFN
