Henrico County Ordinance

• Chapter 12, Article I. In General
• The following words, terms and phrases, when used
  in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed
  to them in this section, except where the context
  clearly indicates a different meaning Sexual or
  genital parts  means the genitals, pubic area,
  buttocks or anus of any person and the breasts of
  a female person.

BON- Advisory Board

• Problem CMTs are regulated by the BON but have
  no statutorily created voice or presence within
  the Dept. of Health Professionals.
• Solution Create an advisory board of CMTs and
  consumers to provide advice about practice,
  regulations, CEUs, and trends to the BON on a
  regular systematic basis.
